Lubricant Type Rust Preventive Oils are composed of various base oils, mixed with appropriate Rust Inhibitor Additives, and they are divided into two categories:

Rust Preventive Lubricants for metal materials
Rust Preventive Lubricants for internal rust prevention of internal combustion engines (ICE).

 

It is mainly used for short-term rust prevention of metal materials indoors, and in emergencies, it works as a short-term lubricating oil in mechanical operations.
 

These types of rust preventive oils are the most widely used products and they are divided into short-term rust preventive oil in the machining process and Anti-rust & lubricant dual-purpose oil according to their applications.

There are many varieties of short-term rust preventive oils, which are made by blending base oil and various anti-rust additives. Sometimes, water displacement or fingerprint neutralization displacement rust inhibitors are added to the sealed anti-rust oil to remove residual cutting fluid, fingerprints, hand sweat, and other corrosive substances during the processing.

In addition to base oil and rust inhibitor additives, the dual-purpose oil for rust prevention and lubrication also needs to add additives such as anti-wear and anti-foam additives. It is mainly used for rust prevention in machine production and testing without draining oil after testing.
 

Anti-rust & lubricant dual-purpose oils mainly include Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) rust preventive oil, hydraulic equipment rust preventive oil, Instrument rust preventive oil, turbine rust preventive oil, etc.
