What are HFDu's synthetic water-free hydraulic fluids?

Synthetic ester-based fire-resistant hydraulic fluid (HFDu) is formulated with high-performance synthetic esters (TMPTO) and selected lubricant additives, providing corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals and excellent oxidation stability.

 

The traditional hydraulic oils have the problems of corrosion to metals, low biodegradation rate, and the release of harmful substances that harm the environment. Therefore, the traditional hydraulic oil is gradually replaced by HFDUu eco-friendly hydraulic oils.

Owing to it's no-toxic and biodegradable nature, HFDu non-flammable hydraulic oil has become the premier choice for environmentally conscious enterprises in specialized industries like aviation, electric power, and iron and steel metallurgy.

HFDu Hydraulic fluids are formulated by synthetic polyol ester and Trimethylolpropane Trioleate (TMPTO) as the base oil.

Synthetic ester HFDu-type fire resistant hydraulic oil is composed of synthetic polyol ester (TMPTO) as the base oil, and combined with lubricant additives such as anti-oxidants additives, rust-preventive inhibitors, etc. As the base oil, Trimethylolpropane Trioleate is the core reason why HFDu fire resistant hydraulic fluid has high biodegradability.
