Trimethylolpropane Trioleate (TMPTO) Ester Oil

Trimethylolpropane Trioleate (TMPTO) is mainly obtained through the esterification and dehydration of oleic acid and trimethylolpropane (TMP) with excellent lubrication properties, high viscosity index, good flame resistance, and high biodegradation rate.

The average biodegradability of TMPTO in 10 days is 79.31%. And after 28 days, it can achieve complete degradation.

 

TMPTO is an ideal base oil for HFDU (Fire Resistant Hydraulic Oil) hydraulic fluids 32,  46 and 68, and it is widely used as an oily agent in cold rolling fluid, steel pipe drawing oil, cutting oil, release agent, and other metalworking fluids. It can also be used as an intermediate for leather auxiliaries and textile oil.

Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45°C.

Shelf life: 3 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
