High Temperature Chain Oil Additive Package T6330

T6330 is an oil additive package specifically designed for high-temperature chain lubrication applications during transportation, driving, and lifting. This package contains excellent components that provide strong adhesion, reduce coking, and offer outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance. It also includes an excellent AW/EP additive that contains sulfur and phosphate, which enhances lubricity protection under mixed friction conditions and provides excellent load-carrying capacity.
T6330 can be blended with a variety of base oils, including mineral base oil, synthetic base oil, and ester, to create high-temperature chain oil with different temperature range requirements. If blended with PAO, the resulting chain oil can withstand temperatures up to 220℃.

Introduction

T6330 is formulated with excellent components, which will show good performance of high temperature anti-oxidation, fewer coking and stronger adhesion. It also includes excellent AW/EP additive containing sulfur and phosphate, which will meet the lubricity protection requirement under the chain mixed friction situation with a good load carrying ability.

When blended with mineral base oil, synthetic base oil and ester, it can blend high temperature chain oil with different temperature range requirement, which is applied for the chain lubricity during transportation, driving and lifting. If blended by PAO, the chain oil working tempera- ture can reach to 220℃.
