Super Overbased Synthetic Calcium Sulfonate TBN Booster T107 (400TBN)
The super over-based synthetic calcium sulfonate T107 is produced by neutralization and super high alkalization reaction using long-chain alkyl benzene sulfonic acid as the primary raw material. This product boasts exceptional alkaline storage properties, strong acid neutralization capabilities, and good oil solubility. It can rapidly neutralize both organic and inorganic acids present in oil and exhibits excellent high-temperature detergency and thermal stability. It is a preferred additive for improving the TBN value in engine oil and blending over-based marine cylinder oil.

Introduction
With long-chain alkyl benzene sulfonic acid as a main raw material, super overbased synthetic calcium sulfonate T107 is produced by neutralization and super high alkalization reaction. The product has excellent alkaline storage property, good oil solubility and strong acid neutralization capability, and it can immediately neutralize organic acid and inorganic acid in oil, meanwhile it also has excellent high temperature detergency and thermal stability. It is a preferred additive for blending overbased marine cylinder oil and to improve TBN value in engine oil.

Package, Handle & Storage
1. Packed in 200L metal drum, IBC-Tank or made to order.
2. Long term storage temperature should not exceed 45℃.
3. Handle & blending temperature should not exceed 65℃.
